End user licence agreement

1. Licence

Kesler Interactive grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and play Breachpoint. The client and its content remain our property.

2. Items

In-game items are a licence to use the item within Breachpoint, not ownership of the underlying content. That licence is transferable between accounts, which is what makes trading possible. We may reverse transfers arising from fraud or account compromise.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials. Selling or sharing account access ends the licence. Inventory access by third parties is via revocable token only.

4. Conduct

Cheating, exploiting and automated play end the licence without refund.
